Luismin, the Company’s Mining Division is one of the largest producers of gold and silver in Mexico. It currently has three operations, some of which have been running for more than 100 years, and is developing a number of projects with significant geologic potential. Luismin enjoys a solid reputation, is known for its capable and experienced staff, and is one of the lowest cost producers of gold and silver in the world.

SANLUIS Rassini is one of the leading suppliers to original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) in the countries that comprise NAFTA and Mercosur. The Company supplies highly engineered, top quality suspension and brake system components for pick-up trucks, mini vans, sport utility vehicles, passenger cars and commercial vehicles. SANLUIS Rassini operates in Mexico, the United States and Brazil and has strategic alliances with international technological leaders such as Brembo S.p.A. of Italy, Hendrickson International of the United States, and NHK Spring Co..and Nissho Iwai of Japan.
