Founded in 1952 by the Robinson Bours family in the state of Sonora, Industrias Bachoco, S.A. de C.V. (also referred in this report to as Bachoco or the Company) has growth to become the largest producer of poultry in Mexico and the country's number two producer of table eggs. Corporate headquarters are located in the city of Celaya, in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato.
